Career Smart is an online module for University of Wollongong students that is designed for students in their first year of their degree to complete. The module is designed for students to think about why they are doing the degree they are enrolled in; what career paths are available upon completion of the degree; and what they aim to achieve from completing their degree. I personally found the Career Smart module to be very beneficial and worthwhile. It assisted me in gaining a better understanding of the skills I will need to possess to complete my degree, what I can expect from my degree, and ultimately guided me in making more direct decisions with what I wish to achieve. It contained several exercises that required thought and depth that were overall a benefit to myself, and from my experience, I believe the module is well designed and useful for undergraduate students in their first year.
